Maine West DECA is hosting a thrift event and all proceeds will benefit veterans. We need your clothing donations to sell at our pop up thrift shop. Please drop off your clothes in the bins around school or drop them off in C-lot on Saturday, November 5 between 9-3 pm.

NEWS FROM THE CCRC: Are you eager to learn more about different careers and hear from industry professionals? Come to the Determine Your Future event presented by Nerdy Girl Success. This awesome event will be here at Maine West on Saturday from 9am-12:30pm. All female identifying students are welcomed. There will be workshops, a career fair, a panel discussion and goodie bags! AP EXAMS:  Have you joined Total Registration yet? Having a Total Registration account is mandatory in order to have AP exams ordered for you. Do you need help with registration? Stop by the CCRC today during your lunch and see Ms. Adams for help with account set-up!

POLISH CLUB:  Join Polish Club after school today in B218.

MUSICAL APPRECIATION SOCIETY:  Music Appreciation Society will meet in the LRC today at 3 pm. If you are interested in introducing someone to your favorite band or singer, or maybe being introduced to your new favorite, please stop by!

DECA:  Our next DECA meeting is Monday at 7:45 am in D102. This informational meeting will be about role play preparation and important upcoming dates.

BOYS BASKETBALL:  Boys' Basketball is having tryouts on Monday, November 7th and Tuesday, November 8th. You must be registered on 8 to 18 and have an updated physical. Please email Coach Paxson with any questions.

STUDENT TUTORING:  Beginning Monday, November 7, Warrior Student Tutors will be available to help fellow students in the mornings from 7:30 am to 8:15 am. The student tutors are located in the Warrior Resource Center in B226, at the end of Upper B-Wing. The student tutors will be able to support their peers in English, Math, Science, Social Science and World Language classes.

MUSICAL COSTUME CREW:  Musical Costume Crew begins Monday, November 14th. Meet backstage of the auditorium at 3:30 pm. No experience required! Help with the costumes and makeup for the Young Frankenstein.
