Maine West DECA is hosting a thrift event and all proceeds will benefit veterans. We need your clothing donations to sell at our pop up thrift shop. Please drop off your clothes in the bins around school or drop them off in C-lot on Saturday, November 5 between 9-3 pm.

NEWS FROM THE CCRC: Are you eager to learn more about different careers and hear from industry professionals? Come to the Determine Your Future event presented by Nerdy Girl Success. This awesome event will be here at Maine West on Saturday from 9am-12:30pm. All female identifying students are welcomed. There will be workshops, a career fair, a panel discussion and goodie bags! MU ALPHA THETA (NATIONAL MATH HONOR SOCIETY):  If you are a hard-working and talented math student in 10th, 11th or 12th grade, Mu Alpha Theta is the club for you! The Maine West chapter of this National Honor Society strives to honor students who excel and work hard in their math classes. Check out our fliers on the bulletin boards throughout the school for links to Mu Alpha Theta eligibility and registration. Registration fee is $10 for new members. Returning members do not have to pay again. Senior Honor Cords are $6. Registration is due today.

Students will meet at Maine West for breakfast and will hear from a panel of speakers from Marquee Sports Network, Shine FM and Pinpoint Media. See Ms. Orr in R209 for a permission slip.
