ADVENTURE CLUB:  Looking for a way to blow off steam after finals? The Adventure club is going rock climbing on the Friday after final exams. The cost is $20 and is payable in the bookstore. We are limited to 20 students, so sign up early. You will also need to see Mr. Panzilius or Ms. Bezek for the permission forms.

SENIORS:  If you haven't submitted your senior signature for the yearbook, your last chance is in the library during the week of finals. Please come to the front desk in the library. Note cards and markers will be provided. If you do not submit your signature before break, it will not be in the book.  Do not miss this chance.

IMPROV NIGHT:  Come one come all to Maine West’s bi-annual Improv Night. Come see the amazing, unscripted and hilarious talents of our improv team as they entertain you. The event will take place tonight in the little theater at 7 pm.  Tickets are only $1. All proceeds benefit the Drama Club.

STUDENTS:  There will be stress reducing activities in the Family Center on Monday, December 17th from 3rd to 6th period. If you are free please stop by to make some fun stress free projects.

All donations will be distributed to those in the community who face Alzheimer's. Puzzles between 10-100 pieces are preferred. Please be sure they have all the pieces. The drive will run till the end of the week.

STUDENTS:  The National English Honor Society is hosting a book drive to support our local Toys for Tots. Please donate new or gently used books for children ages 5-12 through Friday, December 14th. Drop-off locations are in the LRC and in front of the student cafeteria. Thank you for your support.

ACCOUNTING CLUB MEMBERS:  We will meet on Tuesday, December 11 from 7:00-7:30 a.m. in D112. Please pass the two IRS exams (Ethics & Intake/Interview/Quality Review) by this meeting. We will take our yearbook photo and distribute the training booklet for the Basic Tax Exam.

DECA:  Our December DECA meeting will be Wednesday, December 12 at 7:00 a.m. in D112. We will discuss testing for regional competition, distribute field trip forms for regional competition and finalize written events for state competition. All members who want to qualify for state competition must submit outlines and market research plans before the meeting.
