THRIFT CLUB:  The Thrift Club is holding their fundraiser for the Warrior Fund in front of the CCRC during all lunch periods today. Come buy some great used clothing at very cheap prices. Cash, Credit and mobile pay all accepted.

IMPROV NIGHT:  Don't miss the last Improv Night of the season. Come see the amazing, unscripted, and hilarious talents of our very own Improv Warriors tonight from 6-7:00 pm in A206. Admission is only $3 for students and $5 for adults. All proceeds benefit the Drama Club.

FASHION SHOW: Come see this year's Fashion Show, "Once Upon A Runway" Thursday at 7:00 in the Maine West auditorium. Tickets are $7.00 in the bookstore or $10.00 at the door, 12 and under are free.

SENIOR GRAD NIGHT:  Seniors...this is the final week to secure your spot for Grad Nite at Six Flags on May 9. If you want to celebrate with your friends under the coasters, now is the time to act. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased in the bookstore. You must turn in a signed permission slip at the time of purchase.

PI SIGMA PI: Pi Sigma Pi will have a very important meeting for all current club members, especially seniors, on Tuesday, April 7th at 7:45 a.m. in the Lower Commons. We will share information about senior honor cords and our end-of-the-year party.

DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT: The National Honor Society is hosting a dodgeball tournament on  Friday, April 10th. Teams of 6 to 8 players will compete for dodgeball dominance in the field house, starting at 6:30 pm. Pay $40 per team in the bookstore by April 7th to see if you and your friends have what it takes. Proceeds support our Maine West food pantry.

EUROPE TRIP:  Ms. Bracker is leading a trip to Switzerland, Italy, France and Spain in the Summer of 2027. We’re holding an informational meeting on April 14th for anyone interested in joining the crew. To sign up, scan the QR code on the signs throughout the school, or visit Ms. Bracker in Room B219 for more details. Europe is calling—will you answer?

LUNCH AND LEARN:  Each Wednesday from April 8 through May 6 in H102 during all lunch periods, SFS will host Lunch and Learns. Snacks provided. During each session, there will be a mini lesson and strategies taught.  Our first one is April 8  on Navigating Academic Stress.

CONGRATULATIONS:  We are proud to congratulate the outstanding students who represented Maine West for the first time at the Illinois State HOSA Leadership Conference.  A special recognition goes to Kimberly Garcia Flores and Yanichel Pagdilao for earning Top 10 in CERT Skills, Mikayella Michael, Giana Gambino, and Jaagvi Shah for earning Top 10 in Mental Health Promotion.  We would also like to extend a huge congratulations to all of our HOSA State Qualifiers. Competing at the state level is an incredible accomplishment and each of you has represented our school with professionalism and pride.

Come see Maine Hockey compete for the state championship on Friday night at 6 pm at Allstate Arena. Maine West's own Joe Murphy will be tending goal so come cheer on the team for a shut-out.
