WEST GOT TALENT AUDITIONS:  Auditions for this year's talent show will be held tonight in R207. Don't sing? Don't dance? DON'T WORRY! "West's Got Talent" features all kinds of acts and no previous experience is necessary. Whether its magic, juggling or even a beat-boxing performance, we want to see you and your friends on the Maine West stage.

DRAMA CLUB:  Maine West's Drama Club is meeting after school today in the Drama Rm. (A206). There will be candy, games and much more. We will discuss this year's season, our upcoming trip to the Illinois High School Theatre Festival and upcoming auditions for our very own Improv Team. 

YEARBOOK AND ID PICTURES:  Yearbook and ID picture retakes will take place on Monday in E107. If you missed picture day, please stop by during the day. Students who would like to retake their photo are also welcome. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity so you are included in the yearbook.

VOTER REGISTRATION: Volunteers from Action Ridge will be in the Library today from 9:00 to 3:00 to help students register.  2026 is an election year for Illinois’s Governor, Senator and Representative of Congress. There is a primary on March 17 and the midterm election on November 3. Be ready to make your voice heard. Register to vote now.  You are eligible to vote if you will be 18 by November 3, 2026 and are a U.S. citizen.  Please bring two of the following items when you come to register, your Illinois Driver’s License or State ID, the last four digits of your social security number and/or another ID.  If you forget your IDs but still want to register, come down to the Library anyway, volunteers can give you the tools you need to register at home.

NATIONAL ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY:  If you are interested in becoming a member of the National English Honor Society and you didn't attend the 8:00 meeting, please come after school today to A218.

BLOOD DRIVE:  Join us for the Fall Blood Drive on Thursday in the Spec Gym Foyer from 8:30-2:30. You can schedule via the QR codes posted in the hallways or come to the registration table in the lower commons from 11-1:30 today. Students who are 17 or 18 can give and students who are 16 will need consent from a parent or guardian. Students may only donate during lunch, PE, or free period, and each donor will receive 25 spirit points and a free pint of ice cream from Culvers.
