SPRING PLAY: Come experience “A Monster Calls” this weekend. This groundbreaking new work by Patrick Ness, Adam Peck and Siobhan Dowd follows the coming-of-age story of a young boy grappling with the news that his Mother is suffering from a terminal illness. Don’t miss this heartwarming tale, filled with magical realism and innovative storytelling. Performances run Thursday through Saturday at 7pm in the MW Auditorium. Tickets only $7 for students and $10 for adults.
VIDEO GAME CLUB: The Video Game club will meet today in the LRC at 3. If you feel the need for speed, come and play Mario Kart. Need to rage? Come play Super Smash Bros. Need to shake and shimmy? Come and play Just Dance.
CURRENT EVENTS CLUB: Current Events Club invites students to discuss the Hands Off movement and other current news items today from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in C204. Enjoy good conversation and snacks in a relaxed setting.
SENIORS: Seniors, tickets for your "When in Rome" themed Senior Prom 2025 are now on sale. Senior prom is Friday, May 16. Tickets are $65.00 and sales will run until Friday, May 9th - don't wait. Get excited for yet another fun night to celebrate with your senior class
SPECIAL SENIOR EVENT: Register to attend a special Senior Event about "How to Survive Life After High School". The event is on Thursday, May 1st during Block 5, 11:30-1:30. You will be excused for the entire block. Deadline to sign up is Friday, April 25. Seniors will learn how to manage stress and anxiety after high school and will hear from a panel of young adults from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) about their own experiences. There are posters up in the hallways with the QR code to help you register.
JUNIOR SPRING FLING: Attention, Class of '26. The first annual spring fling formal dinner is happening on Saturday, May 3rd at 6:30 in SPEC gym. Come enjoy a formal dinner, photo opportunities, activities, games and music. Tickets are $25 in the bookstore with a valid student ID.
STUDENT AMBASSADORS: Student Ambassadors invite all transfer students for our final event. We will be having an International Snack Party on Thursday, May 1st after school in the Family Center (H102). Transfer students, feel free to bring a friend and a treat if you would like.
NATIONAL ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY: The next National English Honor Society meeting will be held Friday at 7:40 in the back of the LRC. This is an important meeting as we will be electing officers for the 25-26 school year.
