SPOTLIGHT ART SHOW:  Tonight is the Spotlight Art Show in the Visual Art Studio. Come see some amazing art that your fellow students have created. The show is from 6-7:30 tonight.

LUNCH AND LEARN:  Student Family Services is hosting the Spring Lunch and Learn Resolve Conflict in Relationships Thursday in E105. This is an opportunity for you to grab your lunch and a friend and learn a few strategies to navigate the challenges of life. There will be snacks. Future Lunch and Learns topics include: Growth Mindset-Managing Negative Thinking, Coping with Change and Uncertainty, Navigating Academic Stress, and Managing Feelings of Frustration and Anger.

WARRIOR GEAR:  Black sweatpants are back.  Buy your Maine West sweatpants in the bookstore, only $25.

GIRLS SOCCER:   Tryouts will be held today. Sign up online for tryouts, wear cleats and shinguards. Tryouts start at 3:30 on the South Field next to the stadium.

SCIENCE NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY FUNDRAISER:  Let's Get Ready to Crumbl. SNHS will sell the highly anticipated Crumbl cookies starting March 11. The sale will continue through Thursday, March 13th. Look for science national honor society club members walking around with the pink box. Each cookie is $5.

STUDENT AMBASSADORS: Calling all students. We need you. Have you ever considered what it must feel like to move to a new city and to change schools? Have you ever wanted to help other students? We are looking for volunteers to become Student Ambassadors.  What is a Student Ambassador?  Student Ambassadors help transfer students during their first critical days at Maine West.  The Student Ambassador Club also organizes other fun activities throughout the year to help transfer students meet other students and get involved at school.  Please fill out this application using the QR code on our flyer on the TV screens if you are interested in participating. WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT CLUB:  To celebrate Women's History Month, the Women's Empowerment Club will be hosting a Women in Power Panel on Friday, March 14 during 7th period in the auditorium. All female identifying and non-binary students are welcomed. To RSVP your spot, scan the QR code on the flyers around the school or visit Ms. Nelson in the CCRC (room: B-101).

SUMMER JOB FEST:  Are you looking for a job or volunteer opportunity? The Summer Fest: Job and Volunteer Fair is Wednesday, March 12 in the lower commons. All students are welcomed to attend during their lunch period. Come and find the perfect summer job or volunteer opportunity. If you have any questions about the Fair ask Ms. Nelson in the CCRC.
