BAKE SALE: The National English Honor Society will be hosting a holiday bake sale on Friday during 5th period lunches. All cookies, brownies, cakes and other baked goods will be sold for $2.00. CASH ONLY. All proceeds will go to a good cause.
THRIFT CLUB: Maine West’s newest club, thrift club, will be having their first informational meeting on Tuesday. Come to the Library after school Tuesday to learn more.
BOOK DRIVE: The National English Honor Society will be holding a holiday book drive for slightly used children’s books (ages 3-9) beginning today and ending on Friday, December 15th. There will be bins in the front rotunda, bus concourse and in the LRC.
NEWS FROM CCRC: Seniors, are you still working on your plans for after high school? If so, come to the CCRC anytime on Wednesday. School counselors, Ms. Holmes and Ms. Nelson will be available all day to help you in the CCRC Those who attend will be entered into a raffle for free swag.
