Student Voice is hosting a Halloween Costume Contest this Friday. Wear your best costume to enter the costume contest either individually or as a group. Look for posters with the QR code to submit your photos. There are multiple categories to increase your chance of winning. Contest winners will be announced on Monday via Instagram. There will also be “selfie stations” in the upper and lower commons to take pictures just for fun.
Kick back on Monday, Halloween by wearing your Halloween themed pajamas or your orange and black. Face painting and guessing jars also happening during lunch periods on Monday.

GIRLS GYMNASTICS: Come to gymnastics open gym today at 3:30 in A-wing gym. Our season starts November 7. Please register on 8to18 and see coach Harrison in the main office if you have any questions.
WEST'S GOT TALENT: Come to one of the most anticipated events of the year, West's Got Talent! Come experience the amazing array of talents at Maine West, including magic acts, live bands, cultural dances, vocal acts and our very own Orchestra Pit. Performances start today at 5 pm and Friday and Saturday at 7 pm in the Maine West Auditorium. Tickets are $7 for students and $10 for adults and may be purchased in the bookstore, online and at the door.
PI SIGMA PI: Pi Sigma Pi invites its members to attend our NEW Current Events Club TODAY. We will meet in C-220 after school from 3:00 until 3:45. FASHION AND COSMETOLOGY CLUB: Are you ready to get into character on Halloween? Go the extra mile by adding special effects makeup to enhance your overall look. Fashion & Cosmetology club will meet today after school in C108 where we will be practicing special effects makeup techniques. Please bring your own makeup and brushes.

FENCING: Tryouts for fencing begin Tuesday, November 1 at 3:30 pm in the field house. Don't forget to register on 8to18.

MUSICAL COSTUME CREW: Musical Costume Crew begins Monday, November 14th. Meet backstage of the auditorium at 3:30 pm. No experience required! Help with the costumes and makeup for the Young Frankenstein.
