NATIONAL ART HONOR SOCIETY: National Art Honor Society will meet after school today in the photo lab. This is an important meeting regarding the induction ceremony.
IMPROV NIGHT: Don't miss Maine West’s first Improv Night of the season. Come see the amazing, unscripted and hilarious talents of our very own Improv Warriors. The event will take place on Wednesday at 6:00 in the Drama Room (A206). Admission is only $3 for students and $5 for adults. All proceeds benefit the Drama Club.
DRAMA CLUB: Join us after school on Wednesday for the next Drama Club meeting where we will have some important announcements regarding this year's Theatre Festival. As always, there will be candy and games so bring a friend.
NEWS FROM THE SBHC: The School Based Health Center is sponsoring a training event along with Gabriel's Light known as teen Mental Health First aid. The training is for teens to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health challenges in their peers and friends and connect them to a trusted adult. The training is December 9, 10 and 11 and you must attend all three sessions to be certified. Only 30 spots available. To register, scan the QR code on the flyers around school.

If the answer is "YES" then come to the 4th Annual Pi Sigma Pi vs. Scholastic Bowl Showdown after school on Wednesday. Sign up on Google Classroom ASAP so we know how much pizza to order! NATIONAL ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY: The National English Honor Society is hosting a holiday Bake Sale on Friday during all 5th period lunches. Everything will be $2.00 and only cash will be accepted. Come enjoy some holiday treats!
BADMINTON: There will be a Badminton Open Gym Friday Morning from 6:30-8:00 in Spec Gym. Equipment will be provided. Gym shoes are required. Please enter the building through the Field House doors(34c) between 6:20-6:45.
WALK IN WINTER WONDERLAND: Next Wednesday, December 10th, we’re hosting our Walk in a Winter Wonderland. The raffle will begin at 3:00 followed by a one-mile walk at 3:30. The cost is ten dollars that includes your entry, the raffle, and a custom Maine West beanie. Today only, you can sign up in the Lower Commons during your lunch period. We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay, and you’ll receive your beanie when you sign up. If you can’t sign up today, you can still register in the bookstore or at the event on Wednesday.
