BAKE SALE: The National English Honor Society will be hosting a holiday bake sale on Friday, December 8th during 5th period lunches. All cookies, brownies, cakes and other baked goods will be sold for $2.00. CASH ONLY. All proceeds will go to a good cause.
CANNED FOOD DRIVE: The Canned Food Drive Collection Bin is now at the C-Wing Entrance. Donate cans and still get a customized sticker. Grab your cans & drop them off right when you get to school. All donations will be given to the Des Plaines Self Help Pantry.
BOOK DRIVE: The National English Honor Society will be holding a holiday book drive for slightly used children’s books (ages 3-9) beginning on Monday and ending on Friday, December 15th. There will be bins in the front rotunda, bus concourse and in the LRC.
NEWS FROM CCRC: Seniors, are you still working on your plans for after high school? If so, come to the CCRC anytime on Wednesday, December 6th. School counselors, Ms. Holmes and Ms. Nelson will be available all day to help you in the CCRC Those who attend will be entered into a raffle for free swag.
