POP UP ART SHOW: CALL FOR ARTISTS! Today you can make a small canvas painting to be in the POP UP ART SHOW. Students who would like to make a small painting to put in the art show should come to the art suite during lunch periods. If you do not have a ticket yet, there will be art teachers or current art students passing them out in the cafeteria. The artwork will be up until 3:00 when you can come pick it up and take it home.
BADMINTON: Come on out for some badminton Friday morning at 6:30 in the spec gym to hit around the birdie. Please join us for some fun and competitive badminton.
LATINX LEADERS CAREER PANEL: On Friday the CCRC and Latinx Cultural Club "Raíces" will be hosting the Latinx Leaders Career Panel. Come and celebrate Latinx success with us and hear from various Latinx industry professionals and community leaders. This event is open to all Latinx identifying students. WAPA: WAPA is sponsoring a Turkey Trot November 13th from 3:30-5 in the spec foyer. Running, trotting and walking are welcomed. This event is open to anyone interested. We are asking for a $10 donation or $3 and 5 canned food items to be donated. All proceeds will be donated to The Des Plaines Self Help Closet and Food Pantry.
