ENGLISH NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY: The next meeting for all current members of National English Honor Society will be Friday at 7:45 AM in the back of the LRC. SCIENCE NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY: HEY Scientists. Is your Science GPA 3.5 or higher? Then join the prestigious Science National Honor Society. The next meeting for interested students will be held on Monday in room B107 at 3:05 pm. Please feel free to come in and learn more about us. We’ll discuss the requirements and how to join.
SPEECH TEAM: Would you like to have more confidence, find your voice or be a more radiant human? Then join the Maine West Speech Team. Speech Team is a great way to gain your confidence, express yourself, and transform into an amazing human, while having a blast at the same time. FINE ARTS MEDIA CAREER DAY: The Fine Arts Department at Maine West will be hosting a Media Career Day open to ALL students on Saturday, October 21st, from 8:00am until 12:30pm. Students will visit WGN studios in Chicago and hear from a panel of industry professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for any Maine West student to learn about careers in the media industry. See Ms. Fisher in R209 for a permission slip.
