WEST SIDE DANCE COMPANY: If you love to dance and perform come out and see what West Side Dance Company is all about. Auditions are Friday after school. Pre-audition clinics are today after school until 5:00 pm in the Dance Studio (G112). Come and learn an awesome dance to perform at auditions.
SOFTBALL INTRAMURALS: Any individual interested in playing softball in the Spring, we will have an intramural day Wednesday from 3:30pm-4:30pm out on the varsity softball field weather permitting. POST-SECONDARY EXPO: You won’t want to miss District 207’s College & Post-Secondary Expo. Join us at Maine East on Wednesday to speak with hundreds of college reps, learn about high-demand careers, and explore your options for next-steps after high school. All career paths will be represented and there will be something for everyone. The event is from 6:30-8:30 PM and is open to all, but it is strongly encouraged for Junior and Senior students.
FRESHMAN CLASS COUNCIL: Freshman class council will meet on Thursday at 7:45a.m. in room A212. All freshmen are welcome to attend. Come see how you can make Maine West a better place for the class of 2026.

SCIENCE OLYMPIAD: Science Olympiad will have its first informational meeting of the year Thursday after school in B109 at 3:30 pm.
PI SIGMA PI: Pi Sigma Pi, the Social Science Honor Society, will have its first meeting of the year on Friday in the Lower Commons at 7:45 a.m. All current members are invited to brainstorm activities, find out about leadership opportunities, and kick off the 2022-23 school year.
FALL PLAY COSTUME CREW: The Fall Play Costume Crew begins on September 13th. Meet in the backstage of the auditorium at 3:30pm. No experience required! Help with the costumes and makeup for the Fall Play. All students are welcome.
WEST'S GOT TALENT: It's time to get your act together! An informational meeting for Maine West's annual talent show will be held on Wednesday, September 14 from 3 to 3:45 in R207 (the Choir Rm.) No previous experience necessary! Be it juggling, hip hop, lip syncing or magic tricks, we want to see you and your friends on the Maine West Stage!
