STUDENTS: Pass/Fail petitions are now available in the Student Services Office, B102. They need to be completed and signed by you and your parents. Once you have all signatures, please give the P/F form to your counselor. P/F Petition Forms are due Friday, October 25th. No extension will be given. You can take Pass/Fail elective courses and courses that are not graduation requirements or accelerated/AP.
NATIONAL ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY: The National English Honor Society will meet on Thursday, October 10th at 7:30 in H106.
STUDENTS: This week is National Tutoring Week. Stop by COACH in the LRC for some free food and free tutoring. COACH is open 7:30-8:15 AM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and 3:25-4:25 pm Monday through Friday. COACH tutors are able to help you with any subject. With COACH, you will never walk alone.
JUNIOR AND SENIORS: Oakton Community College, Saint Louis University, Monmouth College, Northland College and University of Montana will all be visiting the CCRC this week. Check the CCRC calendar for dates and times.
SENIORS: Today and tomorrow, the CCRC will be hosting College Application Workshops for seniors all day. Stop by the CCRC for help with applications and to enter our raffle for t-shirts!
MUSIC APPRECIATION SOCIETY: Hello music fans! The Maine West Music Appreciation Society meets Thursday, October 10 in the LRC at 3:30. For this upcoming session, we will be throwing up our devil horns, letting air guitars wail, head banging, and most importantly listening to all forms of heavy metal music.
