STUDENTS: The National Honor Society is partnering with Develop Africa in collecting school supplies in order to further education in Africa. Some supplies that are needed are: paper, pencils, pens, dictionaries, workbooks, calculators, art supplies, old backpacks and more. To donate, please place your items in bins that are located in the library and in front of the student cafe.
ATHLETES: Registration for winter sports is now open. All athletes MUST have an updated physical on file with the Athletic Office as well as be registered on the 8 to 18 website. No exceptions. Don't wait until the last minute.
STUDENTS: Pass/Fail petitions are now available in the Student Services Office, B102. They need to be completed and signed by you and your parents. Once you have all signatures, please give the P/F form to your counselor. P/F Petition Forms are due Friday, October 25th. No extension will be given. You can take Pass/Fail elective courses and courses that are not graduation requirements or accelerated/AP.
V-SHOW: Come be a part of our Nickelodeon V-Show and get your act together. See the call board in upper E wing for audition times. See Mrs. Jacob or Mr. Harmon if you have questions.
GYMNASTICS: Interested in gymnastics? Want to get in shape for gymnastics tryouts on November 11th? Come to open gym in A-wing gym from 4:00-5:30 pm on October 15,16 and 18th. More dates to be announced or check our website for details. Any questions, please contact coach Harrison.
DECA: DECA members, please be sure to submit your Role Play Selection Form. We will be distributing study materials for your role plays at our monthly meeting on Wednesday at 7:45 am in D112.
EPSORTS: Come to B107 after school on Wednesday if you want to play in the new North Suburban Esports League. We're playing Super Smash, Overwatch, Rocket League, and League of Legends against teams from 5 other suburban schools. We'd love to have you as part of the team!
MOVIE CLUB: Movie club will be showing its annual Halloween movie after school on Friday in the little theater. It is the sequel to a movie so scary, so thrilling, that we cannot even say its name.
SCIENCE OLYMPIAD: Science Olympiad will meet after school in B113 this Thursday.
