STUDENTS: Don't forget about the PopShop on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have Seasoned Popcorn, Giant Freeze Pops, and bringing back a weeks special of Ramen Noodles all for $1.00 each while supplies last. We also have Flaming Hot Seasoning on Popcorn for $2.00 each or 2 boxes for $3.00 while supplies last.

STUDENTS: You can win a free tuxedo rental for this years prom. Tickets are on sale in the bookstore. Winner will be announced April 13.

JUNIORS:  Don't forget to come to the COACH area of the LRC after school today if you want some last minute review for the SAT math test. The test is in 6 days. Plus there will be free snacks.

KEY CLUB:  Key club will meet Friday morning at 7:00 am in L101. Come meet our new officers.

PING PONG:  Don't forget about Ping Pong Club on Monday from 3:30pm-5:30pm in H106. No experience necessary. Bring a friend or someone to hit around with.

STUDENTS:  Freshmen, sophomores and seniors will not be in attendance on Wednesday, April 5th.
Juniors will be taking a required SAT test. Please note that Wednesday April 5th is NOT a Late Arrival Day. Juniors need to be in their assigned advisories by 7:45 am. You may find your room number in your schedule or on your student ID. Juniors testing with accommodations will not go to their advisories, they will receive a letter with their room assignment. Testing will conclude approximately at 12:30 pm and buses will depart by 12:40 pm

The April 5th SAT test is required for graduation so do not be absent on April 5th. See our Maine West website for instructions on what to bring and NOT to bring to testing. Good luck with your SAT.


Our FAFSA expert will be in the CRC today. Seniors, bring in your award letters to get help comparing them and to understand each component. Juniors, come in to ask questions about paying for college and scholarship searches.


The Varsity Badminton team cemented itself as the best in District 207 this week, soundly defeating both Maine South and Maine East. The girls jump started the match against South, winning all 6 doubles games, leading to a 16-2 victory.

Against Maine East, the Warriors were victorious in every game, winning 18-0. The JV team and the Freshman team also beat both Maine South and Maine East, making it a clean sweep for the program over our district rivals. Way to go girls!!!
