SOPHOMORE STUDENTS:  If you are interested in applying for the Junior Leader program, the active link to apply is on the Maine West Physical Education webpage. All applications must be submitted by Tuesday, January 31.

JUNIOR CLASS COUNCIL:  It is time to start talking prom. We will start Tuesday morning at 7:10 am in room A114. Bring your ideas and your work attitude. We will also take our yearbook photo.

DECA members: Our regional competition is tomorrow. Please be in the bus concourse at 6:45 a.m. dressed in formal business attire. If you have not turned in your field trip form, your last chance to turn it into Mrs. Mazanowski is today.
STUDENTS:  Do you have 6th or 7th period free?  Do you have a half period that's boring?  Get on the air live with WMTH radio.  Stop by R209 to get a radio application and you can DJ your own radio show.  See you on the radio!

STUDENTS:  The winter formal is quickly approaching.  Tickets will cost $20 this week and will cost $25 at the door.  You must present a different ID for each ticket purchased.

PING PONG:  Ping Pong intramurals start today in Room H106 from 3:30pm-5:30pm. No experience needed. Equipment provided.


COLLEGE AND CAREER ANNOUNCEMENTS

The US Navy will be in the CRC tomorrow during 5th and 6th periods.


SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you would like to volunteer for the Special Ed Basketball Tournament on February 18th, volunteer sheets are in C102. We need help with team buddies, concessions, referees and scorekeepers. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Pettyjohn.

There will be a meeting for all girls interested in playing BADMINTON this year on Tuesday after school in A-209. Information about registration, physicals and tryouts will be shared with all who attend. Meeting begins at 3:20 and will last 10 minutes. Contact Mr. Murin if you cannot attend.
