The results from the Class of 2018 Toy Drive. Seven hundred dollars raised, seventy toys given.  Mr. Harper's 4th period topped the charts for most money raised.  Mr. Rosenberg's 9th period topped the charts for total contributions to Ronald McDonald House.  And the winners are............all who gave and all who will receive.  Maine West is proud of you Class of 2018.

STAFF AND STUDENTS: Child Care Club is still accepting unwrapped gifts now through Friday, December 9th for the Salvation Army Angel Tree Gift program. Stop by the main office or the preschool room for a tag.  Gifts can be turned in to the main office or preschool. Thank you for your warmth and generosity this holiday season.

STUDENTS:  The National Art Honor Society's jean drive will run through December 16.   Please place jeans in the bin across from the main office.

STUDENTS:  The third IML math contest is on Tuesday, December 13th before school in room A201. Anyone interested in math and challenging problems is encouraged to attend. You can start any time between 6:45 AM and 7:10 AM, and you'll have 30 minutes to work on the problems once you begin. If you have questions about the IML contest ask your math teacher.

KEY CLUB:  Key Club is meeting at 7:00 am in room L101 on Friday, December 9.



Congratulations to the Girls Freshmen and JV gymnastics team on their win over Vernon Hill this past Tuesday.  Let's also cheer all 3 gymnastics levels on in A Wing gym today at 5:30 against Highland Park.
