RED RIBBON WEEK IS HERE. Thursday is the 19th Annual Red Ribbon Run/Walk and the dress up day is the color red. Where your red to show your support and have fun participating in the run/walk. Red bandannas for sale in the bookstore to add to your spirit.

The PopShop is the official school store operated by students in the Entrepreneurship class. We sell popcorn and giant freeze pops every Tuesday and Thursday. Money earned is donated to the school wide fundraiser.  Help support the school wide fundraiser by purchasing your popcorn and/or freeze pops.
Attention goblins, ghouls, ghosts, zombies, princesses and all Halloween celebrants! The LRC is having a COSTUME CONTEST. Come to the LRC ANYTIME on Monday, October 31 and get your picture taken for our Instagram account (@mwlibrary), then get your friends to "like" your photo. Whoever gets the most likes WINS a $25 Amazon gift card.

STUDENTS:  Pass/Fail forms will be available from today through November 4 in the Student Services Office, Room B102. Forms are due Friday, November 4, 2016.

STUDENTS:  Competitive dance season is here. Tryouts for the warriorettes dance team are Thursday, October 27 at 3:30 in the dance room. Be sure to register online and turn in your physical the athletic office. Your physical must by turned into the athletic office to be eligible for tryouts. If you have further questions, please see coach Marchionna.

JUNIORS:  If you are close to or have a weighted, cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher at the end of this fall semester, you are eligible to apply for NHS in January 2017. Please come to an informational meeting  today at 3:20 pm in L101.   Please check your email for this information as well.

SENIORS: Herff Jones will be here to take orders for graduation announcements and senior products including class rings on Friday during lunch periods outside the cafeteria. If you did not complete the cap and gown measurements form during lunch periods on October 21, you can complete the measurement form this Friday or you can come to the main office anytime this week. NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED, you already paid for a cap and gown.  Senior packets are available in the main office if you did not receive one. 3D INNOVATIONS CLUB: Inviting all philomaths - future engineers, scientists, mechanics, designers, manufacturers and problem solvers who would like to explore 3-D technology. Anyone who is excited to learn, share, teach and create can join the 3-D Innovations Club. No experience in technology is necessary - just an insatiable curiosity and the willingness to make a difference.  Our meeting is Thursday, October 27th after school in D106 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

MIDDLE EASTERN CLUB:  We are meeting after school today in the family center.

POLISH CLUB:  We are meeting after school today in B113 to discuss fundraisers for the year.

GIRLS BASKETBALL:  Girls basketball will have their final open gym time on Thursday from 3:30-5:30 pm in B wing. Also if you are planning on trying out on October 31, please register on 8 to 18 and have your physical completed before Monday. You will not be allowed to try out without having this completed.
