JUNIOR AND SENIORS: On Friday, we will start having colleges visit the Maine West CRC. Plan to attend these important sessions. The information sessions with college admissions representatives give you opportunities to learn about schools without leaving Des Plaines. Most sessions take place in the CRC.

If a college is scheduled to visit during one of your classes, you must get permission from your teacher to miss class. The schedule of college visitors is emailed to you regularly and is also on the CRC website. You should get a “College/Military Visit Pass” from the CRC and bring this to your teacher ahead of time for a signature.

On Friday, September 16, we will have 4 colleges visit Maine West.

5th Period – Wartburg College

6th Period – Yale University

7th Period – Knox College

8th Period – University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana

The University of IL session will take place in L101. All students interested in applying to University of Illinois should plan to be at this informative presentation.
