:  Warriors' Girls Water Polo won their sectional game against Glenbrook South 9 to 6. They advance to the final four of the state sectionals play-offs. Gabby Fragale stepped up to score a hat trick of 3 goals, while Kristen Burger score 4.

CONGRATULATIONS:  Congratulations to senior, Maddie Bobinski for being the Sectional Champ in Discus with a distance of 118'5" and qualifying for the State Track and Field meet this weekend. Other medal winners were seniors Megan Centella and Megan Franke.

STUDENTS: Prom tickets must be purchsed by noon today. If you have questions, see Mr. Poehler in E105.

STUDENTS REGISTERED FOR DRIVER'S ED SUMMER SCHOOL:  There is a mandatory classroom session on Wednesday May 18th and Thursday May 19th in room D106 beginning at 3:30 pm. There WILL NOT BE ANY MAKE UP SESSIONS.  The permit form and test will be given at this time.  If you have any questions contact Mr. Pettenuzzo in H-113

STUDENTS: Tryouts for Maine West's 2016-2017 Coed Cheerleading Squad are on Thursday, May 19th. Open Gyms are on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:30 in A-Wing Gym. No prior experience is necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know. Come join the Warrior Cheerleading Family.

STUDENTS: The Maine West Sports Medicine Club will be hosting a meeting after school on Thursday May 19th in G102 for all those interested in joining the club next year. The sports medicine club is s great experience for anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in the medical field.

STUDENTS: If you have not picked up your yearbook yet, you can still do so by coming to room A201A before school or after school until 3:30. Remember that you MUST have your school ID with you in order to pick up your book. If you never ordered a book and would still like to get one, we still have a few extras that can be purchased. The cost is $40 and you must bring cash, no checks will be accepted.
