CONGRATULATONS: Please congratulate Quin Santucci for qualifying to compete at the FCCLA National Culinary Arts competition in San Diego, California. Quin for the second year in a row will be representing team Illinois at the competition this summer.

CONGRATULATIONS: Congratulations to the following 7 DECA members who competed at the International competition in Nashville earlier this week. Ben Joseph, David Joseph, Dara Kovacheva, Runal Patel, Brooke Saunders, Aby Thomas and Alvin Thomas worked hard all year to compete at this level and we are so proud of them!

SENIORS: Commitment Day is this Sunday May 1st. On Monday May 2nd, wear your college gear to represent the college or institution you will be attending in the Fall.

STUDENTS: Don't forget to bring your family and friends to Menchie's at Randhurst tonight. We need to get as many people there to get first place for 30% of sales for Special Olympics Illinois.

STUDENTS: Come experience the magic of Disney at the most fashionable place on Earth: The Maine District Fashion Show this Saturday, April 30 @ 7pm in the Maine West Auditorium. Students will be modeling garments they made as well as prom dresses and tuxedos from various retailers.

STUDENTS: Do you want to be a guide for the eighth-grade activities night? Today is the last day to sign up in the main office.

POLISH CLUB:  Make sure to attend Monday's meeting in H101 at 3:20 to discuss plans for future activities..

STUDENTS: Come join us for the TuTu Walk/Run on Saturday, May 7 out in the stadium. Bring your friends and family and have a great time. It starts at 9 am and costs only $5. All the proceeds go to Special Olympics Illinois. Register in the bookstore before April 29 and you will get a free T-shirt on the day of the race.
